3D Head Scan

Okay so this was interesting for me because one of the second things I was introduced to besides Rhino in my class was a 3D Scanner (iSense). The scanner took a 3D image of me all the way around and turned my profile into an object that was able to be interacted with in Rhino.

As you may notice the one on the left has a hole in its head and that is simply because the scanner can not always capture the details and they are not filled in. The figure to the right used to have holes but was filled in after scanning. They both in my opinion look super cool.

What is even cooler about these 3D scans is that they are made out or very small meshes to create the proper details. These meshes are then covered with the image it took as a material.
